Guests can enjoy a meal at the famous Restaurant De’ Mannaioni located in the old olive press, with vaulting ceiling, constructed out of a spectacular series of brick arches, and lit by a special lighting system.
The restaurant serves a contemporary cuisine inspired by traditional Tuscan dishes.

On request, Cooking Classes on Tuscan cuisine with the Chef. At the end of each class the dishes will be consumed at the restaurant.  

The hotel also has a superior Wine cellar in the cellars of the building with the original barrel shaped ceiling where guests can taste excellent wines .
