Inside the Hotel the guests have a their disposal the Ristorante Mannaioni,   located in the old olive press, with vaulting ceiling, constructed out of a spectacular series of brick arches. Direct access to the swimming pool from the restaurant and separate entrance for restaurant  guests. 

The restaurant serves a contemporary cuisine inspired by traditional Tuscan dishes.

The chef Nicola and the maitre IVan  are happy to recommend the best dishes matched with   wines   from the best wineries  of the beautiful Tuscan.
The wine is  stored in  our  superior Wine cellar  with the original barrel shaped ceiling where guests can  enjoy romantic  dinner and delicious wine tasting.
