The meeting-rooms can be reached by lifts, and for those with impaired mobility, there are equipped  rest rooms on the same floor. The spacious entrance leading to the meeting room in the middle of the conference center is ideal for coffee breaks, finger food buffets, cocktails and displays of products.
The equipment includes  screen, flip chart, overhead projector, sound amplifying system, mineral water, sweets, essential stationery and a secretarial desk (a video-projector may be hired).
