The UNA Restaurant serves Tuscan specialities and dishes from the Mugello area,
with freshly made pasta and local ingredients. A well-stocked cellar which satisfies even
the most demanding palates and the most important occasions.
The restaurant is in the main part of the resort and has an adjoining outdoor
terrace with a view of the lake of Cignano and the practice field.
Tuscan cuisine makes use of simple and genuine ingredients such as bread, olive
oil, vegetables, meat from local farms and home made pasta. The splendour and
eccentricity of the Renaissance courts have added to this a variety of more elaborate
dishes which also satisfy more demanding palates.
Our chef suggests a menu in which ingredients in season are used, with “theme”
evenings and a variety of culinary events inspired by a choice of wines or locally
found ingredients (wild mushrooms, truffles and chestnuts) as well as food from
other regions.
The chef suggests a menu of Tuscan specialities (hors d’oeuvres of cold meats
and canapés, stuffed pasta from the Mugello, sliced rare beef steak with baby
salad and parmesan cheese). The average cost of a meal is 40 € per person excluding
wine.
The dining room seats up to 170 people for banquets.
Capacity: up to 70 places à la carte
